Privacy notice

This notice is a pre-launch draft. It will be reviewed by counsel and updated with our operating company's details before launch.
What we collect
- Interest registrations: your email, and optionally your name, country, what describes you, the categories you're interested in, and whether you want news.
- Contact and support messages: your name, email, the topic, your message and any listing reference you give us.
- Security records: a one-way keyed hash of your IP address. We use it to limit abuse. We don't store your raw IP address with your submissions.
AI assistant
Messages you send to the assistant are processed by our AI provider to generate a reply. We don't save the conversation to your profile. Please don't share passwords, card numbers or identity documents in the chat.
How we use it
To respond to you, to tell you about launch in your area, and to keep the platform safe. We only send marketing emails if you opt in.
Cookies
The public site uses no tracking or advertising cookies. Staff sign-in uses one essential, secure session cookie.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information at any time through the contact page. Choose the “Privacy and my data” topic.
